Professional Health Care Network is Hiring a Human Resources Business Partner Near Phoenix, AZ

The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable recruiting and onboarding new candidates as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate will work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
  • Onboard new employees and manage benefits package
  • Revise, update, edit and analyze HRIS as well as reporting
  • Support the HR team and Culture team with initiatives, activities, implementations and events
  • Create onboarding program and onboard new employees
  • Assist new hires with benefits orientation, help answer questions as needed
  • Office Management duties is included as we are a small office
  • Assis with updating Job Descriptions
  • Assist with implementing compensation program
  • Support the HR team and Culture team with initiatives, activities, implementations and events
  • Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees
  • Assist management in conflict resolution
  • Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company
  • Assist with employment employee engagement program

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in HR or equivalent
  • Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Recruitment experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to multi task
  • Experience with HRIS systems highly preferred
  • Experience working in an office environment is preferred
